Overview

Appointment of a Service Provider for Stack Sampling of Air Emissions at JCPZ Crematoria and Zoo. Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo seeks a pool of on-call providers to perform stack emission sampling across Braamfontein Crematorium, Lenasia Crematorium, and Johannesburg Zoo for 36 months (as-needed). Target bidders are service providers with proven stack emission testing capability, ISO/IEC 17025-lab accreditation, SANAS accreditation, and regulatory reporting experience under NEM:AQA.

Requirements

• Experience in stack emission testing, AEL compliance, and regulatory submissions (NAQO methodologies) with client references.
• Laboratories ISO/IEC 17025 accredited; SANAS calibration certificates for gas velocity, pressure, temperature, and volume.
• Health, safety and environment: valid Public Liability and Employer’s Liability insurance; Working at Heights, HIRA training; MSDS for reagents; aligned SHE File.
• Administrative: valid COIDA (workman’s comp), proof of address/director residence, CK shareholding documents, JV agreement if applicable, CSD registration, tax clearance/TCS, VAT where applicable.
• Compliance: no correction fluid; complete tender documents; CIDB grading not applicable (N/A).

• Registrations/Pre-qualifications: CSD vendor number; tax clearance status; CIDB not required for this RFQ (N/A).
