Overview

Appointment of a service provider for Strategy Facilitation for a period of 24 months (with an option to renew for a further 12 months). This open tender by Sentech SOC Ltd targets consultancy firms or individuals with executive-level strategy facilitation experience in ICT, broadcasting and broadband, capable of delivering structured strategy workshops, analysis, and final board-facing recommendations. Requirements

• Proven experience facilitating strategy development at executive/board level in ICT, broadcasting or broadband sectors.
• Demonstrated experience as a Research Analyst and as a Strategy Content Developer.
• Ability to supply customer references for strategy facilitation within ICT/broadcasting/broadband.
• Provision of an organogram showing resources allocated to the project (lead facilitator, co-facilitator, analysts, content developers) and their experience.
• Submission of a detailed methodology and approach for the strategy facilitation project.
• Completion and submission of all returnable documents and bid forms, including tax/compliance documentation (SARS Tax Compliance STATUS PIN or CSD number), BBBEE where applicable, and other SBD/contract documents.
• If bidding as a JV/consortium, board/joint-venture resolutions and authority to sign must be provided.
• Compliance with local content and NIP where applicable, and adherence to GCC 2010 general conditions.
