Overview

Appointment of Guy Rope Greasing Contractors into a Panel of Pre-Qualified Service Providers to Render Services to Sentech SOC Ltd for a period of five (5) years. Sentech seeks rope-access and mast-maintenance specialists to join a panel; work is allocated via RFQ, with no guaranteed quantity. Bids can be submitted electronically via the eTender Portal or by hand; a compulsory briefing is on 06 July 2026 (Teams), with RSVP by 02 July 2026. Closing date is 21 July 2026 at 12:00. Requirements

• Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
• 5 x certified Fall Arrest and Tower Rescue OR Level 1 Rope Access Certificate;
• At least one team member must be a qualified rigger (Red Seal/SAQA/QCTO);
• Proof of compliance with COID Act (Letter of Good Standing). (see 05 Tender Data.pdf)
• Functional Criteria:
• Overall company experience: 5+ completed Guy Rope Greasing projects at heights ≥80m; provide reference letters.
• Guy Rope Greasing methodology detailing health/safety, tools, inspection, greasing process; attach methodology.
• Personnel experience: CV and valid Rigger certificate; more than 5 years preferred.
• Administrative/other: complete returnable documents, sign all bid forms, and ensure English submissions; two-envelope bid (technical and financial) with strict separation. (see 05 Tender Data.pdf)
