Overview

Procurement of structural remediation and concrete/masonry diamond core drilling works at Sentech’s Johannesburg T97 transmitter site. This RFQ invites service providers with civil/structural remediation and diamond core drilling capabilities to submit a bone fide quote for the contracted works, with an in-writing acceptance forming the binding contract.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in structural remediation and concrete/masonry diamond core drilling, preferably at telecom/ transmitter sites.
• Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant SANS standards; appoint a responsible safety person and adhere to site security requirements.
• Ability to provide an all-inclusive, fixed-price quotation covering labour, materials, tools, equipment, transport, site establishment, waste removal, and dust-control/dust-free demolition measures.
• Insurance: maintain appropriate cover for the duration of the contract as required by the contract.
• Compliance with contract terms, including prohibition on unapproved sub-contracting/assignment and acceptance of a Letter of Acceptance; provide safety information as required.
• Ensure safe handling and restoration of the works area and hand over in a clean, safe condition.
