Appointment of a Service Provider to supply (2 x servers), deliver, install, test and commission a Disaster Recovery solution for Moqhaka Local Municipality. Open-Tender; suitable for IT/service providers with server hardware, disaster-recovery, installation and commissioning expertise; compulsory briefing and local BBBEE preferences apply.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing attendance; non-attendance eliminates eligibility.
• CIDB registration/grading where applicable.
• Valid Tax Clearance (SARS PIN) and, if applicable, separate certificates for consortiums.
• Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) registration with proof attached.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn B-BBEE affidavit (MBD6.1 framework).
• Municipal rates/taxes status for the company (not older than 3 months).
• Identity documents of all directors; company registration documents (CIPC CK).
• Ability to provide pricing via the required Pricing Schedule (Section 4.9) and complete tender original.
