APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR AGRICULTURE AND HEALTH SPECIALIST. Bidders should be PPE suppliers/distributors capable of supplying the listed items and meeting tax, CSD, BBBEE and insurance prerequisites. Submissions are via ETender and must be lodged before the 25 September 2026, 11:00 deadline.

Requirements

• Submit via ETender by the stated closing time; late bids will not be considered.
• Complete and submit the official bid documents: SBD1, SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD4, SBD6.1 (BBBEE), SBD7 (contract).
• Provide proof of tax/compliance: SARS PIN/TCS or valid CSD registration.
• BBBEE: attach active certificate or sworn affidavit; meet specific goals (80/20 system applied; points for Black ownership, Women, Youth, Military Veterans).
• Insurance and performance: furnish Professional Indemnity insurance (min R160 million) and provide performance security within 30 days of award.
• Prices must be firm (VAT inclusive); provide delivery lead times and ensure all delivery costs are included.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC; not in state service; maintain procurement ethics; right to negotiate and/or award in part.
