APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SCHOOL UNIFORMS FOR TSANA HIGH SCHOOL LEARNERS AT ITHALA TRADE CENTRE. Open tender to supply and deliver Tsana High School uniforms (grey maroon jersey with badge; maroon girls’ socks; grey boys’ socks) with embroidery capability, adhering to the specified design and sizes, for delivery to Ithala Trade Centre. Target bidders: school uniform manufacturers/distributors with capacity to produce, embroider and deliver to RSA schools. Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have SARS tax compliance (PIN).
• Submit SBD forms: SBD 1 and SBD 4 (and relevant consortium documentation if applicable).
• Proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).
• If a joint venture/consortium, each party must provide separate TCS/PIN or CSD number.
• Compliance with PPPFA/ GCC and related bidding conditions; declared preferences evidence for specific goals if claimed.
