Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Bidders must be in good standing with SARS and provide a SARS PIN (or a CSD number if no PIN; and separate TCS for each consortium/partner).
• Complete and submit official bid forms (SBD 1 and SBD 4; avoid deviations).
• Pricing must be provided via the required pricing schedule; include VAT where applicable.
• Preference points available for specific goals: ≥51% Black Ownership, ≥51% Women Ownership, ≥51% Youth Ownership, ≥25% People living with disability; certified copies required.
• The award follows PPPFA rules (80/20 or 90/10 as applicable) and Ithala may negotiate terms or not award at all.
