Overview

Procurement: appointment of a service provider for supply and delivery of suits, shirts and shoes. Target bidders: suppliers of formal business attire (suits, shirts, shoes, ties) with ability to provide samples for approval, and the capability to deliver on a 3-set package (3 suits, 3 shirts, 3 pairs of shoes, 3 ties) with VAT-inclusive pricing and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Firm, all-inclusive pricing on official forms for the specified items (three sets: suits, shirts, shoes, ties) and samples for approval.
• Compliance documentation (SBD forms) including: SBD1, SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD4, SBD6.1 (BBBEE claim), SBD7 (contract form), SBD7.1, and declaration of CSD registration.
• Tax and supplier registrations: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or CSD number if no PIN), and VAT registration details.
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; follow 80/20 preference framework (price points + specific goals).
• Delivery to destination with all delivery costs included; delivery terms firm and in RSA currency.
• Eligibility: suppliers must meet South African employment/work permit requirements; no reliance on non-South African staff unless vetted.
• Samples to be provided for approval; adherence to specifications; 120-day bid validity.
