Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery and installation of a data projector and a cage for Emtshezi Secondary School, Escourt, KwaZulu-Natal. Accredited training providers may bid to supply the projector and cage and to provide the ITIL 4 DITS exam component as specified.

Requirements

• Stage 1 Administrative: valid Tax Pin, BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit, CIPC, latest CSD full report, signed SBD1/4/6.1, quotation on company letterhead aligned to ATNS pricing.
• Stage 2 Mandatory: must meet mandatory requirements; non-compliance may lead to rejection.
• Stage 3 Evaluation: 80/20 price-based; 20 points for ATNS-specific goals (see below).
• Specific goals: 51% Black Owned suppliers (10 points); 30% Black Woman Owned suppliers (10 points).
• Evidence: minimum two reference letters for prior supply/installation of data projectors and cage; verification documents: CSD, CIPC, shareholder certificates, ID copies.
• Additional: bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database; provide SARS PIN/TCS; declare interest; complete Invitation to Bid; POPIA consent.

  • CSD proof or application, SARS PIN/TCS, BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit), CIPC, reference letters, shareholder IDs.
  • Declaration of Interest and any OEM/professional body certifications (if relevant).
