APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY, INSTALL AND MAINTAIN OFFICE PRINTERS, DATA CARDS PRINTERS, FRANKING MACHINE, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SCANNERS AND CONSUMABLES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS. Bidders should have capability in office-technology fleets, printing, data-card printing, scanning devices and related print-management software.

Requirements

• Complete and sign compulsory bids: SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; General Conditions of Contract and Terms of Reference; attend compulsory briefing; provide equipment catalogue with specs; valid Safe to Occupy certificate.
• Proof of Microsoft Teams Connected Contact Center certification for the proposed Call Centre platform (include OEM confirmation).
• Tax and supplier vetting: SARS PIN; Tax Compliance Status; CSD registration or provide CSD number; attach CSD report as applicable.
• National Treasury CSD attachment; 120-day bid validity; compliance with Preferential Procurement Regulations (80/20) and specific goals.
• Price schedule on SBD 3.1 with firm prices; 36-month total cost incl. taxes.
