Overview

This RFP seeks a Service Provider to deliver JD Edwards support and maintenance for 24 months (Release 8.12) to SABS. Bidders must have JD Edwards expertise and be an accredited Oracle partner or authorized reseller (OEM letter required). The scope covers JD Edwards Finance, SCM, and Facilities modules.

Requirements

• Oracle accreditation as a prerequisite (Stage 1)
• Minimum three detailed CVs showing 7+ years of JD Edwards experience
• Minimum five client reference letters (≤5 years old) for JD Edwards implementations/support
• Signed Service Level Agreement or Commitment Schedule
• Signed Non-disclosure Agreement and adherence to SABS terms
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax compliance (PIN/TCS)
• Completion of pricing and management documentation (Appendices A, E, F, G–I, J–K)
• Transfer of IP rights to SABS

Notes: Evaluation includes mandatory Oracle accreditation (Stage 1) and a functionality assessment (minimum 70% threshold) with detailed CVs, references, and SLA commitments, followed by pricing under the 80/20 preference system.
