Overview

Appointment of a service provider for catering at Sondeza Afri Youth Camp (1 December 2026–11 December 2026). Swartland Municipality seeks bids from experienced catering service providers to supply meals for a short-term youth camp, in line with municipal procurement policies, B-BBEE requirements, and the need for Proof of Locality to qualify for locality points. Requirements

• Compulsory clarification meeting: 22 September 2026 at 09:00; attendance mandatory.
• B-BBEE: complete Annexure MBD 6.1 and provide B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates; provide Proof of Locality for locality points.
• Compliance with Swartland’s General and any Special Tender Conditions; 80/20 preference points system.
• Submission in a sealed envelope to the Tender Box at the Municipal Head Offices by 12:00 on 2 October 2026; late tenders not accepted.
• Tender documents: hard copy available for R190; electronic format available on request at no charge.
