Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the construction of C12/C13 stream crossing at Entabeni Plantation. Bidders should be competent civil/road contractors with CIDB 1CE or higher, able to perform earthworks, culverts, concrete works, and related site works, and capable of meeting SAFCOL’s procurement, B-BBEE and health & safety requirements (RFQ ROAD10032026 Construction of Stream crossing at Entabeni Plantation 008.pdf).

Requirements

• CIDB grade 1CE or higher. (RFQ ROAD10032026)
• Financial capacity: bank statement no older than 7 days from closing date or proof of funding.
• Equipment: ownership of, or lease/intent to hire for, 1x TLB; valid eNaTis documentation if hiring.
• Health and safety: valid COIDA good standing.
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited verification certificate or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit attested by a Commissioner of Oaths.
• Tax clearance or SARS PIN; registration with CSD (register within 7 working days if not already on CSD).
• Two reference letters or completion certificates for roads/stormwater/civil works maintenance.
