APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF N28 STREAM CROSSING AT TWEEFONTEIN PLANTATION

Overview

Procurement of a service provider to construct the N28 stream crossing at Tweefontein Plantation. The tender is open to service providers meeting SAFCOL RFQ requirements, including CIDB 1CE or higher and relevant certifications.

Requirements

• CIDB grade 1CE or higher.
• Compliance with technical specifications for pipe culverts (1000mm HDPE, 8 kN/m²; SANS21138; sand seal sockets) and associated works.
• Valid Letter of Good Standing with COIDA.
• SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Latest tax clearance and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; if not registered, must register within 7 working days of award.
• Returnable documents: completed RFQ, official quotation on company letterhead, IDs of directors, Supplier Code of Conduct, and proof of B-BBEE/CSD/tax compliance.
• Special conditions include adherence to SAFCOL general RFQ terms; prices inclusive of VAT; and JV rules with consolidated BEE where applicable.

• Pre-qualifications: CSD verification; SANAS/EME-QSE certification or sworn affidavit; tax clearance; BBBEE status.
