Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the implementation, administration and support services to the RBIDZ Labour Desk for 24 months. The RBIDZ issues two tenders: MO/ADM/512/25 (Labour Desk) and MO/ADM/515/25 (Panel for due diligence on RBIDZ investor projects) (see Combined tender advert MO_ADM_512_25 and MO_ADM_515_25.pdf). Target bidders are B-BBEE compliant EMEs/QSEs; Level 1–4 for MO/ADM/512/25 and Level 1–3 for MO/ADM/515/25. Documents collection: 19 May–02 June 2026. Closing: 19 June 2026, 12:00. Non-refundable tender fee: R500. Documents are emailed after indicating interest and paying the fee. Briefing: N/A. Requirements

• Targeted B-BBEE status: EMEs/QSEs Level 1–4 (MO/ADM/512/25) or Level 1–3 (MO/ADM/515/25).
• Minimum functionality scores: 75% (MO/ADM/512/25) or 65% (MO/ADM/515/25).
• Tenders must be sealed, endorsed with the Contract Number, and deposited in the RBIDZ Tender Box by 12:00 on 19 June 2026.
• Payment of the tender fee (R500) is required prior to document issuance.
• Tenders will be evaluated on compliance, functionality, then price and preference (80/20); late or non-compliant submissions are disqualified.

• Prepare and submit a sealed Tender by 12:00 on 19 June 2026, deposited in the RBIDZ Tender Box (4 Harbour Arterial, Alton, Richards Bay).
