Overview

This invitation seeks a service provider to license, host, maintain, support and enhance RAF’s Nyalazone DCE and Leggero platform for 36 months. Eligible bidders are SA-based service providers that are either the OEM of Nyalazone Leggero DCE/DMAP or an authorised partner, with proven DCE/Leggero experience, and capable of licensing, hosting, maintenance, support and enhancements; also must meet regulatory pre-qualifications (CSD, CIDB, SARS tax status) and provide BCM, continuity, and security capabilities.

Requirements

• OEM ownership or certified partnership for Nyalazone Leggero DCE and DMAP; continue OEM partnership during contract.
• Minimum 1 validated implementation/maintenance and support of DCE/Leggero; provide verifiable reference letters.
• Compliance: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); CIDB registration if applicable; SARS tax compliance (PIN or TCS).
• Business continuity plan available for RAF audit during contract.
• Not listed as tender defaulter or ineligible under SA state-service rules; complete SBD forms as required.
