Appointment of a Service Provider for the Maintenance and Restoration of the Access Road at the Sentech Welverdiend Site. Sentech seeks a civil-engineering contractor to repair potholes, edge breaks and grass removal, and apply a 2.2 km slurry-seal on the Welverdiend T96 road in Carletonville, with safety, quality and on-site execution controls. Ideal bidders have CIDB grading of 2CE or higher, COIDA compliance, tax clearance, and registration on the Sentech Supplier Database; a valid BBBEE certificate is required to claim preference. Subcontracting is not permitted, and a 30-working-day duration is noted with a 1-year material/workmanship warranty.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 2CE or higher (valid CIDB certificate with CRS).
• Valid COIDA/Good Standing aligned to the project.
• Tax clearance and registration on Sentech Supplier Database.
• B-BBEE certificate for preference points (if claiming).
• Health & Safety file, public liability insurance, and COID registration; site-specific safety and execution controls; no subcontracting; 30 working days max; 1-year warranty.
• Compliance with site rules, safety and reporting protocols, and submission on company letterhead with black ink.
