Overview

Procurement of an end-to-end migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 E3, including configuration, data migration, testing, training, and 60-day post-implementation support for NRF SAEON. Suitable bidders are Microsoft-certified partners with top-tier partner status and proven tenant-to-tenant migration experience, able to handle roughly 180 mailboxes (~4 TB), 180 Google Drive accounts (~7 TB), 22 Google Groups, 73 Shared Drives, and Google Vault data.

Requirements

• Compliance with NRF bidding rules (SBD1, SBD3.2, SBD4, SBD6.1; SBD6.2 where applicable) and proof of authority.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status or CSD registration; separate submissions for joint ventures.
• Central Supplier Database registration and valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; specific-goals considerations.
• Active Microsoft Partner: Microsoft Solutions Partner (Cloud) or recognized Microsoft FastTrack Partner; provide official certificate and partner ID.
• Detailed project methodology, including Phase 1 Pre-Migration Assessment (SSO usage audit and shared document/permissions mapping).
• Full scope data loads: 180 mailboxes (~4 TB), 180 Google Drive accounts (~7 TB), 22 Google Groups, 73 Shared Drives (~105 GB), 1 Google Vault user (600 GB); optional third-party tools (e.g., MigrationWiz) at bidder’s cost.
• Exclusions: AD integration/MFA and Outlook profile configuration handled by NRF; end-user training and ongoing managed services excluded.
• Health and safety: COID good standing, safety plan, and site-induction requirements.
• 60-day post-migration support with formal handover on completion.
