Provision, licensing and support of a cloud-based Integrated Student Analysis System for South Cape TVET College for 36 months. Bidders should be ICT/software providers with cloud/SaaS capabilities, experience with student information systems, DHET-aligned reporting, and integration with the Coltech SIS; must supply reference letters and demonstrate tax, BBBEE and supplier registrations compliance.

• Compliance with DHET requirements; contract terms including warranties, penalties, and SLA; mandatory documentation: BBBEE, municipal account/lease, valid Tax PIN, CSD, declarations of interest and SCM practices, and reference letters.
