APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVISION A HOSPITALITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS) AT EZEMVELO KZN WILDLIFE. Bidders should be experienced PMS/software providers with capabilities in hospitality property management, cloud hosting, data migration, system integration (APIs, payment gateways), cybersecurity, and project/change management for a multi-year deployment.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN for verification (or TCS/status) and comply with tax obligations.
• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration or evidence; disqualification if not registered by closing.
• B-BBEE: submit B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; complete specific-goals claims if applicable.
• Completion of official bid forms: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule, Annexure C), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Form).
• Compliance with PFMA SCM/Treasury Regulations and GCC; sign a binding contract (SBD 7) if awarded.
• Mandatory briefing: attendance at the compulsory briefing session; sign the attendance register.
• Duration and scope: capability to deliver a full PMS solution over 5 years, including licensing, implementation, data migration, training, hosting, DR/BC, support, upgrades, and integrations (Annexure C items).
