Overview

Procurement of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution, including ongoing support and maintenance for three years. Bidders should have experience in TPRM design, implementation and SaaS platforms, with capabilities for onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, remediation, reporting, and offboarding; strong governance, cybersecurity/Data Privacy (POPIA) and integration skills (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, GRC).

Requirements

• Qualified bidder must submit all SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.1/3.2/3.3, 4, 5, 6.1) and proof of CIDB registration where applicable; ensure tax compliance (SARS PIN) and CSD registration; JV agreements if applicable.
• Security and data governance: ISO 27001/SOC 2 where available; data encryption at rest/in transit; RBAC and MFA; audit trails; data residency in SA or compliant arrangements; incident/ breach notification within 24 hours.
• TPRM platform must be SaaS, integrate with RAF systems (SAP, Entra ID/AD, M365, vulnerability tools, SAP, GRC), support data migration, deployment, training, ongoing support, and provide dashboards, reporting and analytics.
• Delivery, acceptance and training: phased implementation, UAT, user training (up to 120 RAF users; ~10 admins), knowledge transfer, and transition/support plans at contract end.
• NIP considerations apply for contracts exceeding thresholds; compliance reporting to the dti where relevant.
