Overview

Appointment of a service provider to deliver Advanced Excel Training (Excel Intermediate Level 2) for 25 SANParks staff, one-day, at Agulhas National Park (214 Main Road, Agulhas, 7287) in October 2026. Training providers with accredited quality assurance, SETA assessor/moderator registration, and the ability to deliver practical Excel training should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Accreditation with a recognized Quality Assurer Body (proof/letter).
• Proof of registration of assessor and moderator with the relevant SETA.
• A detailed Programme Outline for the training.
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, or SARS Tax Compliance PIN; if no PIN but CSD registered, provide CSD number.
• B-BBEE: B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for preferential points).
• Completion of mandatory bid documents: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Claim Form) with supporting documents.
• Pricing schedule submitted (as part of the RFQ document); no alternative offers accepted.
• If awarded,签 an SBD 7.2 contract (Contract Form - Rendering of Services).

• Documents to submit: completed SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, pricing schedule; proof of accreditation, SETA registrations, training programme outline; CSD proof or TCS PIN; BBBEE documentation.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: ensure Tax Compliance PIN or CSD proof; if part of a joint venture, provide separate TCS/CSD for each party.

• Note: If awarded, a written contract (SBD 7.2) will be signed; bid validity is 90 days from closing.
