Appointment of a service provider for building maintenance services at ATNS FAPE and remote sites for five years on a rate-based, as-and-when-required basis. ATNS invites bids from qualified building maintenance contractors to cover ATNS FAPE buildings and remote sites. Suitable bidders should have CIDB grading 3GB or higher, be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), hold valid SARS Tax Compliance status, demonstrate relevant building maintenance experience (e.g., waterproofing, painting, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, etc.), and maintain a local footprint in the Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha area. The contract is five years with ad-hoc orders.
