FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVISION CATERING SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS AT PRASA IN THE EASTERN CAPE REGION. Bidders should be catering service providers with appropriate registrations (e.g., FEDHASA or equivalent), proven catering/event experience, and compliance with SA procurement requirements (tax, CSD, etc.).

Requirements

• Pricing Schedule and delivery form completed in full (Section 4).
• Submit the Submission Register at PRASA SCM reception.
• Registered catering professional body membership (e.g., FEDHASA) with certified copy.
• Certificate of Acceptability (certified).
• Company registration documents and copies of directors’ IDs.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (and SARS PIN) or TCS evidence; CSD number where applicable.
• Proof of bank account.
• Joint Venture/Consortium/Trust arrangements if applicable.
• Completion and submission of ALL RFQ documentation (declarations, SBDs).

• Submission deadline: closing date 2 October 2026 at 12:00; deposit in the Bid Box at No. 8 Station Street, East London 5200 (sealed envelope).
• Documents to submit: Pricing Schedule (Section 8), all RFQ documents, SBD forms, and returnable documents; include proof of catering body registration and tax compliance.
• Registrations: ensure Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or SARS SARS-certified evidence; register on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) if not already listed.
