APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS AT PRASA IN THE EASTERN CAPE REGION

Overview

RFQ for the provision of catering services for PRASA in the Eastern Cape region for 36 months on an as-and-when required basis. Requirements

• Fully completed Pricing Schedule and Delivery Form (Section 4).

• Registered with a catering professional body (e.g., FEDHASA) with certified proof.
• Certified Certificate of Acceptability.
• Company registration documents, directors IDs, valid Tax Clearance (SARS PIN) or TCS status; CSD number; proof of bank account.
• Joint Venture/Consortium/Trust documents if applicable.
• Complete and sign ALL RFQ documentation (returnable documents).
• If claiming specific goals, provide BBEE evidence (e.g., 51% Black Owned metrics) and related certificates.
• Register on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) if not locally registered.
• Adhere to PRASA General Conditions of Purchase and 60-working-day validity requirement.
