APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CISCO MERAKI SUBSCRIPTION LICENCES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE CETA FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHSClosed

Appointment of a service provider to supply Cisco Meraki subscription licences and technical support services for CETA for a 12-month period. The contract is a two‑component, bundled RFQ: (A) fixed unit-rate Cisco Meraki licences across device categories (activation on PO, co‑termination where feasible) and (B) SLA‑backed technical support with helpdesk, TAC escalation, and national on-site coverage. Proposals must come from Cisco‑authorised Meraki partners with current engineer certifications, and bidders must meet administrative pre‑qualifications (CSD registration, tax compliance, SBD/GCC forms, B‑BBEE proof). The award will be based on a price and specific-goals evaluation, including reference letters and Cisco authorisation. Electronic submission is required and the RFQ includes a detailed pricing schedule with fixed rates for all listed device categories and services for the 12‑month term.
