Overview

The RFQ seeks a service provider to supply, install, maintain and replenish hygiene equipment and related consumables for the Western Cape Regional Office for 36 months. Suitable bidders should have capabilities in hygiene services, including installation, servicing, and quarterly deep cleaning, with ability to operate in Cape Town (WOODSTOCK, Searle Street) and meet OHS/hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Provide the full scope: supply, installation, maintenance, servicing, replenishment and cleaning of hygiene equipment and consumables for 36 months.
• Install and maintain the following: paper towel dispensers, sanitary hygiene bins, seat surface dispensers, antibacterial dispensers, urinal auto-flush system, surface cleaner foam, antibacterial dispenser soap, air freshener dispensers and refills, silver wall bins, electric diffuser scenting unit, and quarterly deep cleaning.
• General duties: provide labour, equipment and materials; ensure safety and compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental and waste-management requirements; maintain and replace defective equipment; service reports and timely response to faults.
• Submit required documents: Project Implementation Plan, Safety Plan, Letter of Good Standing, company references, proof of CSD registration, tax clearance, SBD forms (4; 6.1), CIPC documents, shareholding details, and team supervisor details.
• Evaluation: Functional criteria max 100 points (threshold 70), followed by price and specific goals (80/20).
