Overview

ATNS seeks to appoint a service provider to perform maintenance services for diesel generators and UPS systems at FAGG Radar, George Airport, and Blesberg Radar for five years on an ad hoc basis. Eligible bidders are providers with generator and UPS maintenance expertise, OEM/parts capability, CIDB 2EP or higher, a valid QCTO Diesel Mechanic certificate, COIDA good standing, local footprint in Eastern Cape, and required registrations (CSD, CIDB, SARS PIN).

Requirements

• CIDB Grading 2EP or higher (proof of registration)
• At least two contactable reference letters for generator maintenance (past 7 years, on official letterhead, with contacts)
• COIDA good standing or registered mutual association
• Valid QCTO Trade Test Certificate (Diesel Mechanic)
• Proof of local address footprint (Eastern Cape)
• SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days
• CSD registration (proof or proof of application)
• CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies for shareholders
• B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs) for preference points
• Complete SBD documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4, SBD 6.1
• Declaration of Interest and POPIA compliance
