Overview

Appointment of a service provider to perform maintenance, testing, and repair of diesel generators and UPS systems at ATNS FAGG Radar, George Airport and Blesberg Radar for five years on an ad hoc basis. Open to qualified SA bidders with relevant plant maintenance capabilities, CIDB 2EP or higher, and required compliance (tax, COIDA, POPIA, etc.).

Requirements

• CIDB Grading 2EP or higher
• SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days from submission
• COIDA good standing or equivalent Mutual Association
• Valid Diesel Mechanic trade certificate (QCTO accredited)
• Local footprint documentation (Eastern Cape locality)
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application
• CIDB/CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, and ID copies for shareholders
• SBD 1, SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Disclosure, SBD 6.1 Preference Form
• Proof of B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs)
• POPIA consent and confidentiality declarations
