Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the provision of pest control and hygiene services for a period of six (6) months. This SANParks RFQ invites bids from pest control and hygiene service providers to cover Golden Gate Highlands National Park; the six-month engagement requires compliance with standard bidding documents and local/BBBEE criteria.

Requirements

• Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof; must meet tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) requirements; and provide related documentation (per SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1).
• Complete and submit pricing via the RFQ, using the specified schedule; product/service details to be in Annexure A.
• Submit B-BBEE documentation (Status Level Verification or sworn affidavit) and demonstrate local ownership to earn specific goals points.
• Complete and sign SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and contract forms (SBD7.1/7.2). No alternative offers accepted.
• Comply with POPIA, PFMA, and SANParks governance requirements; no contact with SANParks staff outside authorized channels.
