APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SAFE CODE AND COMBINATION CHANGE SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS AT THE DEECClosed

Overview

This RFQ seeks to appoint a service provider to perform safe code and combination change services for the DEEC over a three-year period. Suitable bidders are security/locksmith providers with experience in high-value diamond storage, onsite safe-code changes, and access-control; must be eligible for Preferential Points and meet CSD/tax/B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• CSD registration: bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and provide a CSD number.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status (via e-Filing) or a printed TCS certificate; if a consortium, provide for each party.
• Documentation: certified copy of ID, full CSD registration report, BBBEE certificate or BBBEE sworn affidavit, CIPC documents; proof of authority to sign.
• Price and delivery: prices valid for 90 days, inclusive of VAT; indicate firm delivery period.
• Preferences: 80/20 pricing with 20 points for specific goals; evidence for black-ownership, black-women ownership, youth, and SMEs (proof required).
• Service scope: onsite quarterly safe-code changes for two category-5 safes; onsite emergency support; delivery within 30 days of PO.
