APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS AT THE SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL

Overview

Procurement of security services for a five-year period at the South African Nursing Council (SANC). This invitation targets professional security service providers with PSIRA accreditation, capable of staffing the premises and complying with CSD, SARS tax requirements, and BBBEE for Preference Points.

Requirements

• Quote strictly according to PSIRA rates (Area 1 & 2) using Total Direct Cost; price adjustments allowed per PSIRA.
• Staffing: as per Annexure A, staffing levels for day and night shifts (7 guards day, 2 night guards, plus supervisors as required).
• Compliance: Tax clearance or SARS SARS PIN; provide TCS PIN or CSD number; ensure CSD registration; no bids from state service personnel.
• Central Supplier Database: register on CSD; provide CSD number and declare accuracy (Section A/B).
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.
• Bid documents: complete and submit all standard forms (Invitation to Bid, Bidder’s Disclosure, Preference Points Claim Form, Pricing Schedule in Annexure A, Bid proposal).
• Documentation must show ability to deploy security services to a public office environment and meet 120-day bid validity.

• Briefing: Mandatory briefing on 23 October 2026 at 11:00, Cecilia Makiwane Building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia.
• Submission: Bids must be deposited in the SANC tender box by 03 November 2026 at 12:00. Use two envelopes:
  • Envelope 01: technical/administrative documents (one original)
  • Envelope 02: pricing documentation (one original) plus a USB with the full bid
• Documents to submit (where from attached): Pricing Schedule (Annexure A) in the Invitation to Bid Document_ Security Services.pdf; official bid forms; Central Supplier Database printout; CSD/Tax status docs; BBBEE docs; pricing proposal on letterhead.
