Overview

Appointment of a service provider to supply security services to the Victor Khanye Local Municipality (VKLM) for a 3-year term. Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS) submitted with bid; original certificate required.
• Full CSD (Central Supplier Database) report not older than 3 months.
• Municipal accounts for the business and all directors not in arrears >90 days.
• Proof of business and director addresses (CIPC address default; alternative proofs allowed).
• Evidence of security clearance for all directors; company PSIRA certificate.
• Insurance: Fidelity Guarantee and Public Liability cover minimum R100,000,000.
• Certificates/certifications not older than 6 months where required (notarised affidavits, etc.).
• Completion of compulsory municipal bid documentation (MBD 2, 4, 5, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9) and Company Profile; returnable documents as listed.
• Targeted goals/points consideration as part of evaluation.
