APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF STAGE MACHINERY AND RIGGING TRAINING FOR SIX (6) EMPLOYEES (In Person Training)

Overview

The South African State Theatre seeks a service provider to deliver Stage Machinery and Rigging Training for six employees (in-person) and to issue competency certificates. Suitable bidders are training providers with QCTO accreditation and registration with CATHSSETA or TETA, and proven capability in servicing, maintaining or training on upper and lower stage machinery and rigging systems, supported by verifiable references.

Requirements

• QCTO accreditation and registration with CATHSSETA or TETA (or relevant alternative).
• Demonstrable personnel experience in servicing, maintaining and repairing upper and lower stage machinery and rigging systems, with comprehensive CVs.
• Two or more reference letters/purchase orders for similar work, not older than 5 years, on client letterhead.
• Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD number; SARS Tax PIN and/or tax clearance status; provide B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Company documents: CIPC registration, IDs for directors, POPIA consent form, GCC initialed, SBD1/SBD4/SBD6.1 signed.
• Compliance with GCC and POPIA; price validity and accompanying official quotation on company letterhead.
