EWSETA invites bids to appoint a service provider for transcribing, rapporteuring and report-writing services for the EWSETA PCC Skills Indaba 2026. The RFQ covers end-to-end capture and synthesis of one-day event proceedings (plenary, panels and breakout groups) and delivery of a Consolidated Skills Implementation Roadmap and Final Report. Suitable bidders are professional transcription/report-writing service providers with conference experience, capacity to deploy on-site teams, and ability to deliver draft and final outputs within agreed turnaround times, while protecting IP and confidentiality.
