APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL AGENT AND EVENT MANAGEMENT CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS

Overview

Requirements

• Methodology/Implementation plan showing processes to expedite bookings and events management, with supporting hotel/account proofs.
• Compliance documents: MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3.3, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status, COIDA, and municipal accounts as applicable.

• Documents to submit: completed MBD forms, CSD/TCS documentation, proof of ASATA/IATA registration, company registration, IDs for owners/directors, COIDA, municipal account, and full pricing schedule (see MBD3.3).
• Pricing and engagement: include three-year aggregate service fees; provide phase-based costs and travel/handling charges (see MBD3.3 pricing schedule).
• Registration: ensure tax compliance, CSD number; where applicable, include TCS/PIN from SARS.
