Appointment of a service provider for the provision of wellness (EAP) services for a period of 36 months. Bidders should be experienced wellness service providers with qualified personnel (Legal Advisor, Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Fitness Instructor, Training Facilitator) and the capability to deliver nationwide (virtual and in-person) with reporting, 24/7 support, and compliance to POPIA; the contract targets ~230 employees at Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA). Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in operation and at least 4 client references for wellness services.
• Key personnel: Legal Advisor (LPC), Psychologist (HPCSA), Registered Nurse (SANC), Fitness Instructor, Training Facilitator (NQF 7).
• Mandatory registrations/qualifications proofs (e.g., HPCSA, SANC, LPC, NQF7).
• 24-hour, 7-day toll-free counselling line (mandatory).
• Professional Indemnity Insurance min R5 million per claim.
• National coverage across provinces; monthly/annual reporting; deliverables as specified in scope.
