APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF WELLNESS (EAP) SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS

Overview

Procurement of a service provider to deliver wellness (EAP) services for 36 months. The RFB seeks a multidisciplinary wellness contractor capable of face-to-face/virtual counselling, incident management, annual wellness days, executive/manager support, health awareness, absenteeism/disability management, rehab counselling for substance abuse, legal advisory, workplace conflict resolution, digital articles and comprehensive monthly/annual reporting with national coverage. Bidders must have at least five years’ operation in wellness services, with multi-disciplinary personnel (legal advisor, psychologist, nurse, fitness instructor, training facilitator) and comply with annexures A–I. JV/consortia are allowed with a consolidated B-BBEE certificate and SANAS-accredited verification where applicable.
