Overview

Appointment of a service provider for rendering standard cleaning and hygiene services for the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform at Vhembe District Office, Limpopo Province, for 36 months. Bidders should be capable facilities management firms with cleaning, hygiene, on-site supervision, and compliance with government procurement processes (SBDs, GCC/SCC). Requirements

• Register with National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include the reference on SBD1.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or original tax clearance; separate TCS for consortia/sub-contractors; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
• Complete and submit official forms: SBD1, SBD2, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1; SBD7 to be signed if awarded.
• Evidence for specific goals to claim points (HDI, female, disability, youth, locality in Limpopo) with required documentation.
• Attend the compulsory briefing session (17 Aug 2026, 11:00; venue: Vhembe District Office, Old Mutual Building, 62 Mphephu Dr, Thohoyandou).
• Submissions must be in a sealed envelope; deposit in the Bid Box (Polokwane) by the closing time (10 Sept 2026, 11:00).
