Requirements

• Pricing fixed for 60 days from closing date (irrespective of exchange rate).
• VAT included in all prices (if VAT vendor).
• Tax Compliance Status: active SARS TCS Pin or equivalent; or provide CSD number if no TCS.
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) required.
• Municipal accounts or valid lease for locality preference; failure to provide yields 0 locality points.
• Complete and submit all MBD forms and annexures (e.g., MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9) and any BBBEE documentation.
• Authority to sign (board Resolution or equivalent) and disclosures on conflicts of interest.
