Overview

The NRF invites quotes for the rental and servicing of an office water dispenser and five 20L refillable bottles for a 2-year contract. Bidders should be capable service providers of office water dispensers, bottle supply, water delivery (ambient and chilled), and related servicing, including SANAS-lab water quality testing.

Requirements

• 24-month rental and ongoing servicing of one 24-hour water dispenser and five 20L bottles; replacement unit if equipment fails; ambient and chilled water.
• Water delivered sealed from a purification plant; collection of empty bottles and delivery of new water to 8th Floor, The Towers, Cape Town.
• Proof of water quality testing from a SANAS-accredited laboratory.
• Compliance documentation: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 pricing, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Bid Submission Certificate; proof of authority (company resolution); CSD registration; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SARS Tax PIN or TCS status; tax/compliance status for all JV/consortia.
• Safety/OSH: COID Act compliance, COID registration, health and safety plan, Section 37.2 agreement, induction, and indemnity for on-site personnel.
• Delivery and acceptance criteria tied to purchase orders; non-compliant deliveries/invoices not paid.
• Contract terms include 80/20 preference points, 60-day validity, and 2-year award period.
