Overview

ATNS seeks a service provider to rent, supply, deliver and maintain indoor plants and planters at the ATNS Bruma offices and the Aviation Training Academy (ATA) for a period of two years. Suitable bidders are those with nursery operations, phytosanitary compliance, COIDA registration, SALI-adherent interior landscaping capability, and a local Gauteng presence.

Requirements

• Minimum three contactable reference letters for Field Planters work.
• Valid COIDA (Compensation Fund) letter of good standing/Mutual Association.
• Nursery registration with phytosanitary compliance (e.g., PPECB or equivalent).
• Registration under the Plant Improvement Act (Act 11 of 2018).
• Local presence in Gauteng (proof such as municipal account, lease, or MoU).
• SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days; or valid TCS; CSD registration or proof of application.
• B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application.
• Compliance with ATNS general terms and safety/environment standards (SHE, SALI reference).
