Appointment of a service provider for the repairs and maintenance of Nkangala District Municipality passenger lifts within NDM buildings for a period of 36 months. This is an open tender for lift maintenance across Nkangala DM facilities. Eligible bidders include CIDB-registered contractors (minimum CIDB 1 SI or higher) with relevant lift/MEP maintenance experience, capable of public liability cover of at least R500,000, and compliant with tax (TCS/PIN or CSD). Requirements

• CIDB contractor designation: CIDB 1 SI or higher.
• Relevant experience on similar lift projects; evaluation emphasizes team leader/site staff qualifications.
• Public liability insurance: at least R500,000.
• Tax compliance: submit SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or PIN or CSD number (per Part B, 2.3/2.7).
• Complete compulsory returnables (Forms A–L, M–T as applicable) and declare any conflicts of interest (MBD4/E).
• No bids from persons in the state service; provide Declaration of Interest and related details.
• Additional: POPI consent, enterprise questionnaires (Form B), JV/Consortium arrangements if applicable, and authority of signatory (Form F).
