Appointment of a service provider for the replacement of cupboards and carpentry work at the Tsitsikamma Section of Garden Route National Park for a period of 24 months. Requirements

• CIDB registration: 1GB (Construction Works).
• Carpentry qualification: NQF Level 4 or recognised Trade Certificate.
• Minimum three (3) written references for similar cupboard installation work.
• Occupational Health & Safety file (to be supplied by the successful bidder prior to commencement).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN / Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and proof if available; may require CSD registration; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (provide proof).
• Complete and sign SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1; complete SBD7.2 contract form if awarded.
• Local preference: provide proof of locality (within 200 km of Tsitsikamma SANParks) for 10 points; B-BBEE status or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs (10/5 points).
• Functionality: evidence of years of cupboard/carpentry installation experience and three reference letters; minimum qualifying score 65.
• Other: official pricing schedule; no alternative offers accepted.

• Contract: If successful, sign Contract Form SBD 7.2 and comply with GCC and any special conditions.
