Procurement of a service provider to replace the existing UPS system at the Pietermaritzburg Data Centre, including 1 year installation and 36 months maintenance. Bidders should be electrical contractors registered with the Department of Labour, OEM-accredited resellers to install/support/maintain UPS, CIDB 5EB+, and have UPS installation/maintenance experience (3 customers in 10 years).

Requirements

• Electrical contractor registration with the Department of Labour (evidence via Annex A).
• OEM accreditation as an UPS reseller to install, support and maintain the UPS (evidence via Annex A).
• CIDB registration with minimum rating 5EB or higher (Annex B).
• Experience: installed/maintained/repaired UPS for at least 3 customers in the last 10 years.
• Tax/Compliance: meet general regulatory and tax compliance requirements stated in the RFB.
