Appointment of a service provider to maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system at GSDM Water Quality Laboratory for a period of three (3) years (re-advert). The project uses an open-tender process with CIDB minimum 2SO, a two-stage evaluation (functionality then price/PPF), and emphasizes BBEE goals and CSD/tax compliance.

Requirements

• CIDB minimum grading of 2SO or higher. (see Revised GSDM65-2025)
• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status; where applicable, separate proofs for consortia or foreign bidders.
• Complete and submit the full set of returnable documents (Forms A–M) and company annexures; provide proof of BBBEE status.
• Functionality evaluation: up to 60 points; minimum 35 points to progress to price evaluation.
