Overview

This tender seeks the appointment of a service provider for the servicing, maintenance, testing and repair of diesel-powered standby generators from appointment date until 30 June 2029. Requirements

• Complete and sign all MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10) and submit with pricing; BBBEE and preference points claimed (80/20) apply.
• Compulsory briefing/site meeting attendance is mandatory.
• Bids must be VAT inclusive and valid for 120 days; performance security required per GCC.

• Tax compliance and OHSA-related documents (e.g., Letter of Good Standing) are required.
• Supplier must be able to deliver in Rand, with adherence to GCC, SLA, and potential penalties for delays.
