Overview

ATNS seeks to appoint a service provider for the supply and delivery of radar motor tools for ATNS Bram Fischer International Airport (FABL) under RFQ ATNS/RFQ/03/2026/65/FABL_Radar Motor Tools Re-advert. Bidders must demonstrate capability to supply the specified tools and comply with statutory requirements; online e-Tender submission is mandatory.

Scope covers 15 radar-motor tools and related equipment (e.g., lifting gear, shackles, bolts, spanners, socket sets, torque wrench, pumps, tool boxes).

Requirements

• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN valid for 60 days from submission
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) with latest full report
• CIPC registration documents
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
• Two client reference letters for recent supply and delivery (past 5 years), on client letterhead, signed, with verifiable contact details
• OEM authorisation or evidence if distributor/reseller; complete bid documents (SBDs) and pricing schedule
• Proof of registration or application to register on the CSD for bid submission; format of bids as specified
