APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 3x DOUBLE CAB BAKKIES, 2 X SINGLE CAB BAKKIES AND 2 X SEDANS FOR O.R TAMBO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY WITH A 3 YEAR FULL MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE PLAN. The contract covers fleet procurement and a 3-year maintenance/ service plan. Suitable bidders are vehicle suppliers/dealers with fleet provisioning capability and in-house or partner maintenance support.

Requirements

• Register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the CSD supplier number.
• Tax compliance status (TCS/PIN) and related SARS checks; provide tax clearance status or PIN.
• Returnable documents: Schedule A (CSD confirmation), Schedule B (authority of bid signatory), Schedule C (briefing/site inspection, if applicable), Schedule D (MBDs) including MBD4, MBD5 (if applicable), MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; Form of Offer.
• Provide company registration documents, identity documents for directors/partners, and proof of municipal premises (or lease) where applicable.
• Complete and sign Form of Offer and all returnable schedules; attendance at compulsory briefing (if applicable).
• Demonstrate track record: similar vehicle supply/delivery experience with supporting references (Stage 2 minimum conditions).
• Specific goal points may be claimed under the 80/20 system (price vs. specific goals), with evidence required for BBBEE/ownership criteria if claimed.
• Bid validity: 90 days from close; price must be fixed for contract duration; no late submissions.
